On mutagenicity of water supplied at a water plant in C city

摘要 应用遗传毒理学Ames试验 ,研究了C市某水厂出厂水的致突变活性 ,研究发现 ,出厂水可诱导鼠伤寒沙门氏菌TA98和AT10 0菌株的回复突变 。 The mutagenicity of water supplied in a water plant is studied by using Ames test, a detecting method in genetic toxicogy. The results show that the supplied water induces the revertant both with strain TA98 and with TA100, contains the direct mutagens of frameshift.
