摘要
通过在线型酚醛树脂中添加氯化亚铁、氯化钴、氯化镍 ,成功制备出 3种具有不同孔结构的球形活性炭 ,利用氮吸附法和液相吸附对所制备活性炭的孔结构及吸附性能进行了研究。结果表明 ,添加过渡族金属加快了炭 -水反应的速率 ,其中铁的作用最大。添加铁的试样具有 3~ 5 nm及 10~ 10 0 nm之间中孔和大孔 ;添加镍的试样具有 2 0~ 10 0 nm之间的中孔和大孔 ;添加钴对中孔的发育没有明显作用。添加铁的试样对肌酐和维生素 B1 2 的饱和吸附量最大 ,添加镍的试样次之 。
Three kinds of phenolic resin-based spherical activated carbon (PHSAC) with different pore structures were successfully prepared by the addition of FeCl 2, CoCl 2 and NiCl 2 into a novolac-type phenolic resin. N 2 adsorption and liquid phase adsorption were used to characterize the pore structure and adsorption properties of the prepared PHSAC. The results show that adding the transition metals can promote the burning rate of the spherical carbon, and the effect of iron is most significant. PHSAC with FeCl 2 has pores in the range of 3~5 nm and 10~100 nm. PHSAC with NiCl 2 has pores in the range of 20~100 nm. PHSAC with CoCl 2 mainly has micropores. The creatinine and VB 12 saturation adsorption of PHSAC is greatest with FeCl 2, and decreases with NiCl 2 and CoCl 2.
