摘要
以四甲氧基硅 (TMOS)为前驱体制备了SiO2 溶胶 凝胶材料 .研究了 pH值、温度以及H2 O与TMOS的摩尔比等因素对水解 缩聚体系凝胶时间的影响 ;利用红外光谱法对材料进行了结构表征 ;采用差示扫描量热法和紫外 可见光谱法考察了溶胶 凝胶材料的热性能和光学性能 ,并用扫描电子显微镜观察了其微观结构 .结果显示 :SiO2 溶胶 凝胶材料具有优良的热稳定性和光学性能 ;pH值对溶胶
The sol gel materials are prepared through the hydrolysis and polycondensation of tetramethoxy silicane (TMOS). The influences of hydrolysis and polycondensation conditions such as pH, reaction temperature, and mole ratio of water to TMOS on the gelation time are investigated in detail. The formation process, heat performance, and optical property of the material are studied by means of Fourier transform infrared spectrometry, differential scanning calorimetry, and UV vis spectrophotometry, respectively. The microscopical structure of gel materials is also described and analyzed with scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the heat stability and optical transmittance of the materials are excellent, and that pH has a greater effect on the microscopical structure of the materials than other factors.
