摘要
目的 探讨急性颅脑损伤后并发呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的诊断及治疗。方法 对23例急性颅脑损伤并发ARDS患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并结合文献,对急性颅脑损伤后并发ARDS的发病原因、诊断标准及治疗方法进行讨论。结果 23例患者诊断治疗正确,15例抢救成功,8例死亡。结论 急性颅脑损伤后并发ARDS死亡率较高。早期诊断是其抢救成功的关键。
Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of ARDS after in the patients with brain injury. Methods The data of 23 patients with brain injury, who suffered from ARDS were analyzed retrospectively and the pathogenesis, diagnosis criterion and therapeutic methods of ARDS were discussed. Result Of 23 patients with brain injury suffering ARDS, 15 were successfully treated, 8 died. Conclusions The mortality of ARDS after the severe brain injury is relatively high. Early diagnosis of ADDS is the key to the sucessful treatment.
