脊髓髓内血吸虫病1例被引量：3

摘要 1 临床资料患者男,43岁.因会阴部麻木,大小便功能障碍2月,双下肢乏力,麻木2周人院.患者既往有血吸虫疫水接触史.查体:L1以下痛温触觉减退,右下肢肌力Ⅱ级,左下肢肌力Ⅲ级,提睾反射消失,肛门反射减弱,双侧膝腱反射活跃,双侧巴彬斯基征及夏道克征阳性.
