摘要
目的 :研究一种识别精液中T淋巴细胞的方法。方法 :以 96例男性不育症门诊病人为测试对象 ,用冻干抗人T淋巴细胞单克隆抗体致敏的RBC与处理后的精液混合 ,置于显微镜下观察结果。结果 :凡粘附 3个以上致敏RBC者为淋巴细胞 ,未粘附RBC者为生精细胞。结论
Objective: To study the method of detecting the T lymphocytes in semen.Methods: 96 samples of infertility patients were checked by mixing up semen with red bolld cell snsitized by ice_drjed human T lymphocyte monoclone antibody, and observed through a microscope.Results: The cells clinged with more than 3 sRBCs were T lymphocytes unile non_clinged ones were androgones.Conclusion: The method of detecting the T lymphocytes in semen with SRBC is very effective, can be applied in clinic.
