摘要
行业联盟是新经济形态下出现的新经济现象。对于发展中国家进一步运用行业合作的优势来克服本身现有经济实力不足的弱点 ,加快发展具有重要意义。同时 ,行业联盟是在企业联盟的基础上提出的 ,因此其在与企业联盟的协调发展和应用上有待进一步研究。
Trade alliance is a new economic phenomenon that arises under the new economic appearance. It has an important meaning for the developing countries to furthur make use of the dominant position of trade co operation to overcome their economic weakness and to accelerate development. Meanwhile, as trade alliance is put forward on the basis of enterprise alliance, its coordination development and application with the enterprise alliance still remaind to be furthuer studied.
