摘要
根据时间分割法的基本思想 ,提出了一种圆柱螺旋线直接插补的算法 ,介绍了该方法的基本原理和详细的推导过程 ,并用软件对该算法进行了仿真 结果表明 ,该方法具有非常高的插补精度和较高的插补进给速度 。
A calculating method for the direct interpolation of cylinder spiral-line was prompted based on the time-divided method.It has deduced the formulas in detail.And the formulas have been simulated on the computer and proved that it is very efficient in the interpolating process of spiral-line.This interpolating formulas can be used in the high quality CNC system.
