摘要
目的 观察盐酸曲马朵对子宫全切术后的镇痛效果 ,并与盐酸哌替啶进行比较。 方法 80例子宫全切术后患者随机分为两组 ,每组 40例 ;盐酸曲马朵组 (T组 )在第 1次诉痛时静脉滴注盐酸曲马朵 10 0mg ,5小时、10小时后分别肌内注射盐酸曲马朵 10 0mg ;哌替啶组 (P组 )按以往临床常用的镇痛方法 ,在诉很痛时肌内注射盐酸哌替啶 5 0mg、盐酸异丙嗪 2 5mg ,再次诉很痛时重复给药 1次。 结果 T、P两组有效率分别为 92 .5 %和 75 .0 % ,差异具有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ,生活质量T组优于P组 (P <0 0 5 )。
Objective To observe the analgesic efficacy of tramadol hydrochloride in treatment of postoperative pain following uterectomy, and to compare the efficacy with that of pethidine hydrochloride. Methods 80 patients after receiving uterectomy were randomly devided into two groups. The patients in group T were given intravenouslly a dose of tramadol hydrochloride 100mg when patients reported pain at the first time,and they were given intramuscularly 100mg of tramadol hydrochloride at 5h and 10h after that. The patients in group P were given intramuscularlly a dose of pethidine 50mg and promethazine 25mg when patients reported severe pain and repeated the dosage once when they reported pain again. Results The effective rates in group T and P were 92 5% and 75% (P<0 05) respectively. Living quality of group T was better than that of group P(P<0 05). Conclusions Tramadol hydrochlorid was superior to pethidine for the treatment of postoperative pain following uterectomy.
