摘要
我国入世后的 3- 5年内 ,是我国金融市场开放的过渡期。由于我国金融体系的先天脆弱性 ,在逐渐开放金融市场的过程中 ,必须加强对金融体系尤其是商业银行的监管 ,以及通过其它途径如法律、舆论等加强对监管人———央行的监管 。
The 3-5 years after Chinas entering WTO is the temporal term of opening its financial market. Because the faulty\|born elements in the financial system, it is necessary, in the course of gradually opening the financial market, to better monitor the financial system, especially the commercial banks, and to effectively monitor the Central Bank by of law and public opinion in order to make the operation of our financial system gradually entering the orbit in order.
