摘要
结合中国经济发展的现状 ,重点分析了中国发展风险投资的必要性和可行性 ,提出中国发展风险投资必须具有中国特色 ,并应有一个逐步完善的过程 。
Along with the development of Chinese economy nowadays, this paper analyses the necessity and the feasibility of venture capital in our country. The authors maintain that the venture capital in China should have the distinctive Chinese features, and should be improved gradually. This paper provides the decision maker of investments with some special thoughts and references.
