急性心肌梗塞的心肌代谢 被引量:5

摘要 正常心肌细胞含有多种丰富的酶,能分解和利用脂肪。因而,较多地利用脂肪,是正常心肌代谢的突出特点。急性心肌梗塞(AMI)时,心肌细胞结构迅速、广泛破坏,各种酶大量丢失,以致葡萄糖转运、吸收和糖酵解随之减弱甚至停止,对脂肪的分解和利用明显减少,而立即转向无氧糖酵解。因而,血浆和缺血心肌细胞内游离脂肪酸(FFA)浓度明显增加,并产生一系列不良后果。
