摘要
阐述了个体社会化的阶段及影响因素。人在社会化的过程中形成人格并使个体行为与社会规范取得一致 ,这样人们就能够保持正常的社会生活和心身发展乃至心理健康 ;而当个体社会化进程发生偏差 ,就会引起个体社会的适应不良 ,甚至造成心身障碍。因此 。
In the process of socialization a man forms his personality and tries to correspond his own behavior with the social standard, thus maintaining normal social life, psychosomatic development and psychological health. Deviation in the development of an individual, however, will lead to inadaptability of the individual and even psychological disturbance. Therefore, the theory of socialization of man is the sociological basis for the psychological health. This paper deals with three stages of socialization and factors contributing to them.
