摘要
以德治国与依法治国具有若干辩证关系，搞清楚这些关系对于更好地贯彻以德治国战略方略具有重要意义。当前，应努力抓好道德规范建设，并强化道德运行机制。这样，才能使社会主义市场经济建设、稳步地发展。
There are some dialectic relations between rule by morals and by law. Fully understanding these relations is very significant for carrying out the strategy of rule by morals. Today, it is necessary to strengthen the ethics construction and the moral operating mechanism. It can ensure the steady and healthy development of the socialist market economy.
