摘要
当今国内目标管理教学实践与研究十分活跃,然而大多数局限于认知领域的目标管理教学研究,而对教学目标的另一个方面——情感领域,还处在初步的探索之中。教育是一复杂的动态系统,涉及到多种因素,通过音乐教育情感领域的目标管理教学实验,是探索深化音乐教育学科教学改革的新途径。
Nowadays research and practice in goal-managing teaching are very popular. However, most of the research is about cognition, and little attention is paid to the emotional factors. The present paper discusses the goal managment and the emotional factors in music teaching, and tries to find out ways to deepen the musical education reform so as to improve the teaching quality.
