摘要
挪用公款罪的认定涉及到挪用公款的数额和挪用时间,而不同的使用目的对数额和时间的要求不同,多次挪用或一次挪用都会出现对所挪公款用于不同的活动的情况,从而导致定罪和量刑的复杂性。
The determining of the crime of embezzling public funds concerns the quantity of the public , funds and the time of embezzling, but the use of public funds affects the quantity and time. Whether embezzling public funds occurs once or several times, public funds could be used in different activities, so it is very complicated to determine the crime and measure the penalty.
