摘要
随着会计电算化系统从核算型向管理型发展,已经逐渐走进了我们的视野,而多数ERP企业在实行的过程只是一厢情愿地认为只要实行了,就会提高企业的管理水平,但实行的ERPERPERP企业成功案例可以说是屈指可数。鉴于此,本文讨论了企业慎重实行的五个问题。
With the development of the Accounting Information System from verification of accounting to accounting control, ERP has come into our eyeshot. In the process of carrying out ERP, many enterprises consider with wishful thinking that provided an enterprises carry out ERP, the standards of business administration would rise. However, the successful enterprise cases in implement of ERP can be counted on our fingers. For this reason, five important problems that enterprises should carry out ERP system carefully are discussed in this thesis.
