摘要
目的 总结左半结肠癌并急性梗阻病人施行一期切除吻合术的经验。方法 严格掌握适应症 ,积极的术前处理 ,充分的术中肠道灌洗。结果 41例均行一期切除吻合 ,1例切口裂开 ,1例切口轻度感染 ,无一例发生吻合口漏。结论 严格掌握适应症 ,术前、术中处理得当 。
Objective To study the primary resection and anastomosis of acute obstruction in left hemicolon cancer. Methods Strict adaption choose, active preoperative disposal, sufficient intraoperative intestine lavage. Results 41 patients were undergone primary resection anastomosis.1 case occured incision crack, 1 occurred incision slight infection. No anastomosis leakage. Conclusion The primary resection of acute obstruction in left hemicolon cancer is feasible after strict adaption choose and appropriate pre-intraoperative disposal.
