摘要
目的 利用高频心电图动态观察妊娠期高血压结合征患者的心肌损害程度 ,以及产后心肌恢复的诊断价值。方法 分妊高征组 ,正常孕妇组 ,产后心肌损害及恢复情况。 结果 ①三组高频切迹阳性率均值有差异。②育龄组高频阳性率0。正常孕妇组阳性率43.38 % ,妊高征组阳性率85.71%。③妊高征组高频心电图阳性检出率85.71%。而BCG异常检出率为38.10 %。④产前产后高频切迹t检验 ,平均值 ,p<0.05,有差异。 结论 高频心电图对妊高征患者的心肌损害程度、诊断正确率有价值 ,敏感性强 。
Objective To observe the myocardio impairment of patients with pregnancyinduced hypertesion(PIH) with highfrequent ECG, and the diagnosis value of myocardio recoverment post partum.Methods The women was devided into PIH groups, reproductive life groups and normal pregnancy groups, analyse their myocardio impairment and recoverment . Results The highfrequent incisurae positive rate have significant difference. The highfrequent incisurae positive rate was nil in reproductive life groups, 43.38% in normal pregnancy groups, 85.71% in PIH groups. In PIH groups the highfrequenc ECG abnormal rate was 85071%, BCG abnormal rate was 38.01%. The highfrequent incisurae average of antepartum and postpartum have significant difference.(p<0.05). Conclusion The highfrequent ECG have large value for the diagnosis of myocardial impairment. <
