摘要
目的 :探讨介入化疗对宫颈癌细胞凋亡的影响。方法 :取正常宫颈组、宫颈癌组介入化疗前和介入化疗后各2 0例的宫颈组织标本 ,采用DNA缺口原位末端标记法 (TUNEL)进行细胞凋亡的检测 ,用凋亡指数 (AI)表示结果。结果 :宫颈癌组介入化疗前的AI( 5 .2± 1.19% )、介入化疗后的AI值 ( 10 .1± 3 .6% )均较正常宫颈组的AI高 ( 2 .5± 0 .95 ,P <0 .0 0 1)。宫颈癌组介入化疗后的AI高于介入化疗前 (P <0 .0 0 1)。宫颈癌II期与III、IV期间DI无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论
Objective: To study the effect of intra arterial infusion chemotherapy on apoptosis in cervical carcinoma.Methods:Using DNA in situ terminal deoxynucleotidy1 transferase mediated dUTP biotin nick ending labeling (TUNEL) we determined apoptosis index (AI) of the normal cervical tissues and the cervical carcinoma tissues before and after intra arterial infusion chemotherapy, which involved 20 cases respectively.Results:The AI of cervical carinoma tissues before and after intra arterial infusion chemotherapy were significantly higher (5.21%±1.19% and 10%±3.6%) than that of normal cervix tissues (2.50% ± 0.95%, P <0.001).The AI of cervical carcinoma tissues after intra arterial infusion chemotherapy was significantly higher than that before the treatment ( P <0.001),and there was no significant difference of AI among stage II, stage III, and stage IV in cervical carcinoma group( P >0.05).Conclusion:Interventional chemotherapy would stimulate apoptosis in human cervical cancer cells.
