摘要
目的 :通过用HPLC法测定平喘胶囊中黄芩苷的含量 ,以制定胶囊质量控制标准。方法 :用ODS色谱柱(4 6cm× 2 5cm) ,以甲醇— 0 4%磷酸 (1:1)为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 80nm。结果 :含量线性范围为 0 6～ 3 0ug·ml-1,回归方程为Y =2 192 4× 10 -5X 0 0 1187(r=0 9996 ) ,加样平均回收率为 10 0 49% (n =5 )。结论 :方法简便 ,快速准确 ,可作为平喘胶囊质量控制方法。
To establish a HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in pingchuan capsule. Methods: A ODS column was used and with methanol 0 4% phosphate (1∶1)as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results: The liner range of the baicalin was 0 6ug·ml -1 ～3 0ug·ml -1 and the regressive equation was Y 2 1924×10 -5 X+0 01187(r=0 9996). The average recovery was 100 49%(n=5).Conclusion: The method was convenient, accurate and specific. It can be used for the quality control of baicalin in pingchuan capsule.
