摘要
目的 :探讨前列腺素E1对慢性肾衰竭患者肾血流和肾脏内前列环素 /血栓素A2 的影响。方法 :对我院 3年来采用前列腺素E1(PGE1)治疗的 78例慢性肾衰竭患者用彩色多普勒监测肾血流 ,用放免法检测尿 6 -酮 -前列腺素F1α/血栓素B2 以评价肾脏内前列环素 /血栓素A2 水平。结果 :78例经PGE1治疗后肾血流明显改善 ,肾脏内前列环素 /血栓素A2 不平衡得到纠正 ,肾功能好转 ,尿蛋白减少。结论 :PGE1具有改善肾血流、纠正肾脏内前列环素 /血栓素A2 不平衡 ,副作用小的优点 ,是治疗慢性肾衰竭的理想药物。
Objective:To investigate the influence of prostaglandin E 1 on renal bloodstream and prostacyclin/thromboxane A 2 in kidney of the patients with Chronic Renal Failure(CRF).Methods:The renal bloodstream of 78 cases with CRF,which treated with prostaglandin E 1 from 1998 to 2001, were monitored by color Doppler. And the 6-keton-prostaglandin F 1α/thromboxane B 2 in urine was detected by radioimmunoassay in order to evaluate the level of prostacyclin/thromboxane A 2 in the kidney.Results:After the treatment the renal bloodstream of the patients was increased significantly, the imbalance of prostacyclin/ thromboxane A 2 in the kidney were corrected, the renal function was improved, and the Urine protein was decreased.Conclusion:Prostaglandin E 1 have advantages of significantly increasing renal bloodstream and redressing the blalance of prostacyclin/thromboxane A 2 in the kidney and with less side effects. It is an ideal drug to treat CRF.
