康明斯C系列发动机排气歧管的批量生产技术

摘要 通过炉料控制、成分设计,应用复合孕育技术、湿型高压造型批量生产的壁厚6.4mm铸态铁素体球铁康明斯C系列发动机排气歧管,铸件本体铁素体量在95%以上,σb在414MPa以上,δ在15%以上,141~187HB;应用合理的冒口隔芯工艺设计,获得内部组织致密的铸件,产品各项性能指标符合康明斯公司要求,在美国加工实现零缺陷。 The ferrite content of the 6.4 mm thick as-cast ferrite ductile iron manifold for Cummins C-series engine is produced with high pressure molded green sand mould in batch scale.By controlling melting charges,proper designing composition and using combined inoculation,the ferrite content of more than 95%,tensil strength of more than 414 MPa,elongation of more than 15%,hardness of 141~187 HB is obtained in the casting itself.And by using reasonable gating and feeding system,dense internal structure of the casting is obtained.All properties of the casting met the specifications of Cummins Co., and zero rejection rate was reached during machining of castings in United States.
