为解决火电厂8英寸(1英寸为2.54×10-2m)和10英寸的灰渣泵泵壳和叶轮使用寿命很短的难题,研制了一种新型高铬铸铁泵壳和叶轮,该铸铁抗冲刷腐蚀性能优异,其泵壳和叶轮使用寿命有较大幅度的提高。
For the purpose to solve the difficult problem that the service life of impeller and volute liner of slurry pump used in power station was very short a new type of high-chromium cast iron impeller and volute liner was developed.This type of cast iron has excellent washerosion resistance so that the service life of impeller and volute liner has been obviously lengthened.
