铸铁基体上激光熔覆Hganas钴基合金凝固组织的研究 被引量:3

摘要 用同步送粉器在白口铸铁基体上激光熔覆了Hganas钴基合金。利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜及附件、X射线衍射仪分析了熔覆层的凝固组织特征。熔覆层细小均匀,与基体搭接处为柱状晶,表层为细小枝晶。两道搭接处涂层晶体的结晶方向沿袭第一道的结晶方向。同时分析了缺陷产生的原因和控制方法。 Coatings,made of Hganas Co base alloy,deposited by laser cladding with synchronous feeder on cast iron are introduced.Cross-section of such coatings have been examined to reveal their microstructure using optical and scanning electronic microscope.Fine microstructure and diverse morphologies in different regions,such as columnar shape (at the interface)and fine crystal(near the surface)were observed in the coatings.A novel crystallizing direction inheriting to the direction of the former clad was also observed at the bonding area of two clads.The defects of coating and heat affected zone were analyzed and the solution was presented.
