摘要
化学镀铜CO2 气保焊丝生产线上的清洗喷嘴是比较重要的部件。介绍钢丝清洗喷嘴的作用。针对原清洗喷嘴存在的问题 ,对其进行了改进 ,并对改进后的情况进行了理论分析。
The steel wire cleanup spray nozzle is an important part of thin diameter CO 2 welding wire production line with straight line Cu plating by chemical displacement.The functions of steel wire cleanup spray nozzle are introuced.The problems existing in the original spray nozzle are settled.The situation after being improved are analyzed by theory.The surface quality of steel wire is greatly improved after the spray nozzle being improved.
