摘要
采用金相 -硬度法研究了中碳钢 (40钢 )在加热和冷却时的组织转变。分析了该钢在加热时奥氏体的形成过程、在不同加热温度淬火对组织及硬度变化的影响及该钢经 85 0℃奥氏体化后随炉冷却到不同温度下急冷后得到的组织和性能 ,从而说明了Ac1 、Ac3或Ar1 、Ar3与平衡状态下的临界点A1 。
To adopt the metallography hardness method to study microstructure transformation of medial carbon steel 40 being heated and cooled.Analyzed the austenitic formation process of the steel during heating,the effects of structure and hardness in different hardening temperatures and the structures and properties which were gotten in quick cooling after 850?℃ austenitic heating and cooling in furnace,explained the differences of A c1 , A c3 or A r1 , A r3 with critical points A 1, A 3 in balance condition.
