锂基膨润土在醇基快干锆英粉涂料中的应用试验 被引量:5

摘要 为了提高铸钢件表面光洁度 ,满足国外客户对毛坯表面的高质量要求。我们分别采用钠基膨润土 ,钙基膨润土及锂基膨润土作为悬浮剂在醇基快干锆英粉涂料中进行了应用 ,通过对其悬浮性进行比较性试验 ,认定锂基膨润土悬浮稳定性最好。本文详细阐述了锂基膨润土的原土的悬浮性 ,活化处理后的悬浮性及锂基膨润土醇基快干锆英粉涂料的组成 ,各项性能。并通过生产验证 ,应用该涂料 ,铸件表面令人满意。 To improve surface finishing of casting and meet with the high quality of the black surface required by the customers from abroad,the application of sodium-base bentonite, calcium-base bentonite and lithium-base bentonite acted as suspension agent to zircon powder coatings of quickly-dry alcohol. By a comparison between them, It has been proved that lithium-base bentonite of the best suspension stability. This text elaborates the suspension of lithium-base bentonite without treatment,suspension of with treatment and the composition of zircon powder coatings of quickly-dry of alcohol lithium-base bentonite as well as their performance. With application of such coating in production practice, the surface of casting has been improved greatly.
