摘要
该文从ＥＬＨ－ⅢＢ型测氢仪的特点出发分析提出了ＥＬＨ－ⅢＢ型测氢仪的功能设置，简述了仪器的工作原理、 结构安装，最后提出仪器的主要技术指标，文章主要 从设计的角度介绍ⅢＢ型与Ｔｅｌｅｇａｓ－Ⅰ型仪器不同之处，以便读者大致了解该仪器的特点，从而更好地使用该仪器。
Bases on the characteristics of EIH-ⅢB hydrogen gauge.t his essay analys es the function-setting of ELH-ⅢB hydrogen gauge.It also briefly introduces th e in strument's working principles and structural installation.And it briefs on the instrument's technical exponents at last.
