摘要
对7075铝合金厚板的预拉伸量、时效工艺制度与淬火后残余应力大小及变化规律进行了测试与分析。结果表明:随着预拉伸量的增加,轧向和横向残余应力均由压应力转变为拉应力,当预拉伸量为2%左右时,残余应力降到 零;随着时效温度的升高和时效时间的增加,轧向和横向残余应力均呈下降趋势。合理的预拉伸量和时效制度是减少7075铝合金厚板淬火残余应力的有效措施。
This article tests and analyses the preliminary drawing value and the process schedule of aging and the change regularity of remaining stress quenching of 7075 aluminium alloy plates.in pace with increase of reliminary drawing,the remaining stress of rolling direction and transverse direction change from the compressive stress into that of drawing stress when the preliminary drawing value is 2%,the rest remaining stress is reduced to zero;with the rise aging temperature and the increase of aging time,the remaining stress of rolling direction and transverse direction show the sign of decline.The reasonable preliminary drawing.
