摘要
介绍了定子齿面加辅助凹槽和转子磁极分段移位两种抑制磁阻转矩的方法 .利用傅里叶分解及能量虚位移法 ,推导了磁阻转矩的计算公式 .从谐波分析的角度 ,对齿面加辅助凹槽和转子磁极分段移位的原理及其对磁阻转矩波形的影响进行了深入分析 ,指出齿面所加凹槽数应使 6 q为奇数 ,凹槽结构和磁极边缘削角可影响磁阻转矩的波形 ,采用转子磁极分段移位可有效减小磁阻转矩的基波分量 .通过二维有限元计算 。
Two methods of reducing cogging torque, namely, the stator tooth notching and the two rotor pole stacks shifting are presented. The calculation formula of the cogging torque are derived by the Fourier decomposition and the virtual displacement method. Based on the analysis of the harmonics, the mechanism of the present methods and the effect of the methods on the waveforms of the cogging torque are clarified and analyzed. Some important conclusions are pointed out: the number of the notches should be chosen to make the 6q equal to an odd; the dimension of the notches and cutting off pole corners can affect the waveforms of the cogging torque; and the basic component of the cogging torque can be reduced by shifting the pole into two stacks.
