摘要
企业要想获得可持续发展 ,必须具备持久的竞争优势 ,而核心能力又是持久的竞争优势的来源和基础 ,因此企业核心能力与可持续发展密切相关。本文介绍了核心能力的含义及特点 。
To secure sustainable development, an enterprise must possess lasting competitiveness. And the core competence of an enterprise constitutes the source and basis of an enterprise's lasting competitiveness. Therefore, an enterprise's core competence and its sustainable development are closely connected. This paper presents the implications and characteristics of enterprise core competence, their connection as well as strategies for developing enterprise core competence.
