摘要
经过对 1994-2 0 0 0年手术治疗的 14例嗜铬细胞瘤的临床资料进行回顾性分析 ,总结其临床表现、诊断依据和治疗特点 ,提高对嗜铬细胞瘤的诊治水平。全部病例均经手术和病理证实 ,其中良性 12例 (85 .7% ) ,恶性 2例 (14 .3 % ) ;术后血压恢复正常 11例 (78.6% )。总结出术前明确诊断和充分的准备至关重要 ,手术是唯一的治疗手段。
Objective to review the experience with the diagnosis and treatment of pheochromocytoma. Methods The clinical data of 14 cases of pheochromocytoma underwent surgical excision between 1994-2000 were studied. Results Pheochromocytoma of 12 cases were benign(85.7%) and the other two were malignant(14.3%). After excision of the tumor the blood pressure of the patients became normal except two. Conclusions The definite diagnosis and proper preparation before operation are quite important. Surgical management is the only way for cure.
