摘要
陶瓷企业通过实施ERP ,实现了人工管理向以信息技术管理为主的突破性发展。本文分析了ERP在我国陶瓷企业的运用现状及其存在的问题 。
With the implementation of ERP,ceramic enterprises have achieved breakthrough development from the manual administration to informational technology management.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems during the application of ERP in Chinese ceramic enterprises,and suggests the countermeasures for the successful implementation by the enterprises.
