摘要
从力学角度 ,阐述了大吨位钢丝缠绕液压压砖机机架的设计过程 ,包括机架结构的选择、立柱的设计、预紧系数的确定、缠绕层的设计 (缠绕方式的选择、缠绕总层数的计算 ,初张力的计算 )随后给出了实例计算 。
From the base of mechamics,the design of the framework of the high tons and hydraulic pressure tile machine with steel silk twining has been expounded,including the selection of framework,the design of column,the confirmation of tight coefficient,the design of twining fold(the selection of twining style,the calculation of twining total folds and initial tension),and then the computation of a sample has been brought in this paper.It also has provided theoretical basis for design of the kind of pressure tile machine.
