微机测定神经干动作电位及其传导速度

摘要 为了探究微机技术在医学基础实验教学上的运用 ,实验运用微机 (MedLab)生物信号采集处理系统结合电生理实验技术测定蟾蜍坐骨神经干的单相、双相动作电位和其中A类神经纤维兴奋的传导速度 ,并观察记录神经损伤、理化环境改变和药物对其的影响 .结果显示 ,蟾蜍坐骨神经干动作电位的幅度在 0 .5 12± 0 .0 2 3V~ 1.72± 0 . In order to probe into the application of the microcomputer in the basic experimental teaching of medicine, the author made some experiments to detect the biphasic and monophasic action potentials of sciatic nerve of toads and the passing speed of A fibers excitation with the application of Microcomputer(MedLab) Biology Singnals Real Time Collecting, Processing System with combination of electric and physiological experimental technology, and observe and record the effects caused by nerve injuries and the changes of the physical and chemical surroundings and medication. The results show that the range of sciatic nerve's action potential of toads varies between 0.512±0.023V and 1.72±0.793 with the change of the stimulating strength.
