摘要
近年来,青少年尤其是中小学生犯罪已成为一大社会问题。传统的教育观念已阻碍了青少年的全面发展,成为青少年犯罪的一大根源。只有转变教育观念,树立起正确的素质教育观,才能从根本上预防和减少青少年犯罪,促进青少年的健康成长。
Recently, delinquency by juveniles, especially, middle school and primary school students, has posed a serious problem in the society. Traditional concepts on education have hindered the all-round development of the juveniles and these concepts have become the main cause of juvenile delinquency. To change the concepts on education and develop correct quality-education concepts are the keys to the prevention and deduction of juvenile delinquency and the promotion of the sound growth of juveniles.
