根据采用手糊成型工艺制作大型壳状玻璃钢制品的成功经验,从产品结构、原材料、模具、工装、配方及工艺流程等方面介绍了大型舰炮玻璃钢防护罩体的手糊成型工艺,并时其中的注意事项作了较为详细的说明,同时探讨了影响手糊成型舰炮玻璃钢防护罩体质量的因素及采取的相应对策。
The manual molding technology about the fiberglass-reinforced plastics protecting cover of large naval vessel is introduced from product structure, raw material, mould, assembly, formula, process flow and so on. In terms of the successful experiments of making the large fiberglass-reinforced plastics products by hand, some attention matters are illustrated more detailedly. At the same time, the factors affecting the quality of the fiberglass-reinforced plastics protecting cover made by hand and the countmeasures are discnssed.
