An Improved Process to Synthesize Be nzyl Acetate

摘要 以工业品的含水醋酸钠和氯化苄为原料,相转移催化法制备醋酸苄酯香料。统计序贯法实验,确立了最佳工艺条件。实验结果表明,该方法不仅反应时间短、收率高达95%左右,且工艺过程简单、副反应少,产品质量好,催化剂可以循环利用,若补加0.5~0.6倍的催化剂量,产品收率仍可保持最佳状态。 Benzyl acetate is synthesized by means of phase transfer catalysis with a queous sodium acetate and benzyl chl oride as raw materials.Optimum conditions are f ixed through statistics of sequential experiments.Experimental resul ts show that not only reaction time of the method is short and can reach as high as about 95%in yield,but also th e process is simple with little side r eaction,quality of the product is good.Catalysts can be rec ycled.When an additional catalyst o f 0.5~0.6is added,yield of the produ ct is in the optimum state.
