摘要
以 2 丁烯酸为原料 ,通过酯化和溴代反应研制了药物中间体 4 溴 2 丁烯酸乙酯。经核磁共振图谱检测 ,确认了产品结构 ,得到的 4 溴 2 丁烯酸乙酯的收率是 70 5 % ,质量分数为 92 %。
Ethyl 4 bromo 2 butenoate,a medicine intermediate,was prepared using 2 butenoic acid as main raw material through esterification and bromination reactions.Structure of the product was identified by the data of NMR spectra.The yield of ethyl 4 bromo 2 butenoate was 70 5% and purity was 92%
