Easy hydrolytic degradation polyester(EHDPET) and PP were melt\|spun with a single screw. The rheological behavior of PP/EHDPET blends was determined by means of SEM. The effect of melt elasticity on phase inversion of blend fibers was discussed at different spinneret L/D ratio and spinning temperature. Higher L/D ratioes and spinning temperatures was helpful for the formation of PP disperse phase at higher composition ratioes.
