摘要
采用原位接枝聚合制备核壳结构的丙烯酸酯改性聚氨酯乳液。用电子显微镜测定了乳液粒子的大小和形态。DSC和TG谱图特征 ,以及耐水性和耐溶剂性研究证实丙烯酸酯在聚氨酯链上接枝共聚。改性聚氨酯乳液的热稳定性、耐水性和耐溶剂性明显提高。
A core-shell structure acrylate modified polyurethane by in-situ grafting polymerization has been prepared.The particle size and morphology of the emulsion are determined by use of electron microscope,and the DSC and TG spectrum illustrated the grafting of acrylate on the chain of polyurethane.The thermal stability,water resistance and solvent resistance have been greatly improved.
