摘要
目的 :研究饮食所致高同型半胱氨酸血症时一氧化氮、内皮素、血管紧张素 等含量的改变 ,进而分析同型半胱氨酸对血管内皮功能的影响。方法 :采用新西兰大白兔 18只 ,随机等分为 3组 :分别给予正常饮食、高脂饮食、高蛋氨酸饮食。动态分析一氧化氮、一氧化氮合酶、内皮素、血管紧张素 等的变化以及它们与同型半胱氨酸的相关性。结果 :实验第 4周各指标均有不同程度的变化 :一氧化氮、一氧化氮合酶降低 ;内皮素、血管紧张素 增高。同型半胱氨酸与一氧化氮、一氧化氮合酶成显著负相关 ,与内皮素、血管紧张素 成显著正相关。结论 :高同型半胱氨酸血症早期可以明显抑制血管内皮功能 ,这可能是同型半胱氨酸导致动脉粥样硬化的机制之一。
Objective:To study the concentration change of Nitric oxide synthase,Endothelin-1,Ang-Ⅱ with diet-induced hyperhomocysteinemia in rabbits in order to analyses the influence of homocysteine(Hcy) in vascular endothelia function.Methods:Randomly devide 18 New Zealand big rabbits equally into 3 groups:normal diet group,hyperlipid diet group,hypermethionime group.To study the serum concentration chagne of Nitric oxide,Nitric oxide synthase,Endoothelia-1,Ang-Ⅱ and the correlationship between them and homocysteine.Results:After 4 weeks,the concentration of Nitric Oxide(NO),Nitric Oxide Synthase(NOS) reduced,but the concentration of Endothelin-1(ET-1),Ang-Ⅱ raised.There was a significantly negative correlation between concentration of Hcy and Nitric Oxide,Nitric Oxide synthase respectively.A significantly positive correlation exist between Hcy and Ang-Ⅱ,Endothelin-1 each other.Conclution:The vascular endothelin function can be inhibited in early hyperhomocysteinemia.The effect of vascular endothelin function may be place an importment role in Hcy-induced atherosclerosis.
