摘要
建立了高果糖浆中果糖和葡萄糖含量测定的 HPL C法。采用 Krom asil KR10 0 - 5 NH2 柱 ,乙腈 -水 (77.5∶2 2 .5 )为流动相 ,流速 1.0 ml/min,差示折光检测 ,外标法测定。果糖与葡萄糖在 0 .1~ 10 m g/ml的浓度范围内均线性良好 ,r分别为 0 .9999和 0 .9997;果糖和葡萄糖的日内、日间精密度 RSD小于 2 .0 % ;平均回收率分别为 99.5 %(RSD1.2 % )和 99.6 % (RSD1.0 % )。
A HPLC method with RID detector for the determination of fluctose and glucose in high fluctose corn syrup was established. A Kromasil KR100 5NH 2 column was used, with the mobile phase of acetonitrile water (77.5∶22.5), at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The temperature of column and cell were 30℃ and 40℃, respectively. The linear ranges of fluctose ( r =0.9999) and glucose ( r =0.9997) were 0.1~10 mg/ml. The average recoveries were 99.5% ( RSD 1.2%) and 99.6 ( RSD 1.0%), respectively. The RSD of intra and inter day were less than 2.0%.
