地红霉素的合成 被引量：1

Synthesis of Dirithromycin

摘要 以红霉素为起始原料 ,经与水合肼缩合 ,硼氢化钠还原 ,然后与甲氧基乙氧基乙醛缩合 ,制得地红霉素 ,总收率 2 6 .5 %。 Dirithromycin was synthesized in overall yield of 26.5% by condensation of erythromycin with hydrazine hydrate, reduction and condensation with 2 methoxyethoxyacetaldehyde.
