摘要
强直性脊柱炎 (AS)是与HLA关联最强的疾病。HLA B2 7由 2 2个以上同种异型基因型 (亚型 :B※2 70 1~B※2 2 )组成 ,不同亚型核苷酸序列之间只存在个别位点的差异 ,其亚型具有分布不同的种族和人种流行情况 ,以B※2 70 5分布最广。近年来建立了大量的AS动物模型 ,人类B2 7转基因鼠实验证实B2 7分子是AS的原发关联成分 ,这种带有B2 7等位基因的实验动物可发生类似人类AS疾病。目前倾向于以关节源性肽假说来解释HLA B2
Ankylosing spondylitis, an auto immune disease, has a very strong association with MHC class Ⅰ allele,HLA B27.There are at least 22 subtypes(B ※2701~B ※22),and most of the subtypes have few sites which differ from the other subtypes. Subtypes of HLA B27 have many differences in different regions and races, B ※2705 is the most common subtype. In recent years many AS animal models have been established, transgenic mice models have provided a new tool for understanding the pathogenetic role of B27 in pathogenesis of diseases. Transgenic animals develop a spontaneous disease that shares many features with AS. Arthritogenic peptide theory will be helpful to understand the mechanism of AS.
