摘要 G蛋白偶联受体是细胞表面一类重要的受体蛋白。它将各种胞外刺激传导入胞内 ,促使位于G蛋白下游的RhoGTPases活化 ,活化的RhoGTPases作用于效应因子后调控MAPK及转录因子的活性 ,从而调控细胞的增殖、分化或调亡。但这一复杂的调控机制还未被完全了解 ,本文拟从GPCRs的多样性和G蛋白α、β和γ亚基在信号通路中不同程度的激活 ,来探讨G蛋白偶联受体活化RhoGTPases的可能机制。 G protein coupled receptorsare important receptor proteins in cell surface.They can convert a diverse array of extracellular stimuli into intracellular signalling events,activate Rho GTPases and regulate the activity of MAPK and transcriptors,then affect proliferation,differentiation and apoptosis of cells.However,the complex procession has not been exactly understood now.This review gives insight into the progress in G protein coupled receptor activited Rho GTPases,mainly focus on the GPCRs and the different activity of G protein α,β and γ subunits in signaling pathway.
