摘要
本文重点介绍了近十年来在支气管哮喘发病过程中细胞因子如IL 4、IL 5、IFN γ等的作用及有关的治疗方法研究概况 ,拟为开发治疗哮喘的新药研究提供理论参考。
This review put the stress on the effects of cytokines in the development of bronchial asthma such as IL 4, IL 5 and IFN γ, and discussed the therapeutic methods. This review could offer theoretical reference for new anti asthma drugs discovery.
