详述最新版计算机辅助设计软件AutoCAD2 0 0 0在液晶显示器制作过程掩膜版设计中的应用。根据实际设计经验 ,介绍使用该软件的方法和技巧 ,给出AutoCAD在生产液晶显示器过程曝光用掩膜版设计中所需要的各种相关命令。
