摘要
图书馆正处在知识经济的变革时代 ,面对知识经济时代的挑战 ,图书馆应从其体制、设施及工作人员素质几方面进行整改。
The libraries are now on the turning point to knowledge economy . Confronted with challenges of knowledge economy,the libraries must carry out reform in terms of structure,facilities,and the quality of staff members.
